Mumbai, August 27, 2024 – The RAHSTA Forum 2024 is set to take place on August 30, 2024, at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai. This event will mark the second curtain raiser for the 14th RAHSTA Expo, scheduled for October 9 and 10, 2024, at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai.
The RAHSTA Forum will be inaugurated by Vipin Sondhi, Chairman of the RAHSTA Expo Committee, former MD and CEO of JCB India and former MD of Ashok Leyland. This event represents a crucial stepping stone towards the RAHSTA Expo 2024, a landmark occasion in the India Construction Festival.
The RAHSTA Expo, with its focus on “Roads and Highways Sustainable Technologies & Advancement,” will showcase over 100 exhibitors, draw more than 5,000 visitors, and feature more than 50 distinguished speakers. The expo aims to be a significant platform for industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders to connect, collaborate, and drive advancements in road and highway infrastructure.
During the RAHSTA Forum, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in an insightful panel discussion titled “Discussion on BOT Revised Scheme, QCBS Tender System, and Road Projects Being Awarded.” The session will be moderated by Suneet Maheshwari, Managing Partner and Founder, Udvik Infrastructure, and will feature a distinguished panel of experts, including: RK Pandey, Former Member of NHAI and Member of the RAHSTA Committee; Prof Satish Pandey, Principal Scientist at CSIR-Central Road Research Institute, Ministry of Science and Technology; Sudhir Hoshing, CEO of IRB Infrastructure Developers; Vijay Agrawal, Managing Director at Equirus; and Zafar Khan, Chief Operating Officer at Highway Concessions One.
This discussion will address pivotal topics affecting the road and highway sector, including the revised BOT scheme, QCBS tender system, and current trends in road project awards.
The RAHSTA Forum is a precursor to the RAHSTA Expo and offers an invaluable opportunity for industry professionals to gain insights, network with peers, and engage in meaningful dialogues that will shape the future of road and highway infrastructure in India.
