Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand of diversified conglomerate Murugappa Group, has partnered with Green Drive Mobility to shape the future of sustainable logistics in India. This collaboration aims to promote zero-emission, carbon-free mobility by leading the transition to eco-conscious transport across first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile delivery operations. As part of this alliance, Montra Electric will deploy 50 EVIATOR electric small commercial vehicles (e-SCVs) within three months, aiding Green Drive’s expansion across various sectors and applications.

The strategic agreement was formalised by Saju Nair, Chief Executive Officer, TIVOLT Electric Private Limited (SCV division of Montra Electric), and Hari Krishna, Founder & CEO, Green Drive Mobility.

Montra Electric’s EVIATOR features top-tier specifications, advanced performance, and integrated software-defined vehicle (SDV) and telematics capabilities. Known for its strong load-handling, intelligent features, and energy efficiency, EVIATOR aligns with Green Drive’s commitment to enabling zero-emission logistics. The first batch of 50 vehicles will be rolled out in stages, complementing Green Drive’s technology-led fleet operations, including live tracking, route optimisation, and AI-powered performance monitoring.
