Aimtron Electronics Ltd, one of India’s fastest-growing electronics design and manufacturing companies, has announced its financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025 (H1 FY26), highlighting record revenue and profitability fueled by strong performance in the defence, exports, IoT, and ODM sectors.

The company reported an impressive year-on-year growth of 112.5 per cent in revenue, 104.8 per cent in EBITDA, and 81.4 per cent in PAT, driven by strong export performance, new defence and UAV orders, and a growing shift towards high-value ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) programs across IoT and industrial platforms.

  • Revenue up 112.5 per cent YoY and 20.8 per cent HoH, reaching an all-time high for the company.
  • EBITDA up 104.8 per cent YoY and 56.2 per cent HoH, supported by improved product mix and operational leverage.
  • PAT up 81.4 per cent YoY and 40.4 per cent HoH, reflecting enhanced profitability across key verticals.
  • Receivables reduced to INR 450 million in H1 FY26 versus INR 870 million in H2 FY25, demonstrating strong working capital discipline despite rapid revenue growth.
  • Improved cash flow generation and inventory efficiency, positioning the company for sustainable scalability.

Key Contracts Secured in H1 FY26

  • Rs 975.5 million ODM Contract with Leading US Infrastructure Firm – A landmark agreement that underscores Aimtron’s expertise in delivering IP-driven, high-value electronics solutions, including design, prototyping, validation, and mass production for global clients.
  • Domestic AI/IIoT Box-Build Order – Secured an order for 50,000 units worth Rs 460 million, with significant potential for multi-year growth as AI and IIoT adoption expands in India.

Fund Raise (Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis)

  • In August 2025, Aimtron Electronics successfully raised Rs 945.7 million, attracting strong investor interest.
  • The funds will be used to finance the company’s greenfield expansion project through its wholly owned subsidiary, Aimtron Mechatronics Pvt Ltd. This subsidiary will focus on complete box-build and system integration as part of Aimtron’s broader expansion strategy.

Capacity Expansion (Greenfield)

  • Construction is underway for a 3-acre greenfield advanced facility, which will feature 6 phased SMT lines and a dedicated ODM R&D zone to support growing design-led manufacturing programs.
  • The new facility will significantly boost production capacity and enable quicker turnaround times for global clients.

Certifications & Market Access

  • Achieved AS9100D Certification in October 2025, opening doors to high-value global aerospace and defence markets.
  • Recently awarded a significant order from a Navratna PSU in the electronic communications sector.
