Vertical Carousel System

AACORD’s AVCS 01 vertical carousel system is designed to customers’ requirement – this saves space, time and manpower; uses maximum vertical space; and stores spare parts, components, tool cribs, accessories etc. System and functions: AVCS 01 is electromechanical storage system using carousel principle. The movement of carriers, racks, shelves are automatically controlled. Functions: in AVCS 01 shelves are linked through chain loop, which are moved by geared motor. The required numbered shelve can be accessed by micro process control having keypad to access shelves. Built: the system is built with robust self supporting frame provided with sheet metal cladding, doors and work table. The equipment can be connected to computer system for inventory control and also for retrieval. Safety: the material access zone is provided with photosensitive controls, which ensures system stoppage in case of any interruption in access zone, manual operation facility is also provided in case of power failure. Micro process control: AVCS 01 is provided with micro process control RS232 serial port that enables the system to interface with computer. Storage pattern: has strong shelves/panels are made of CRC sheets. The shelves are provided with appropriate reinforcement to provide safe load capacity. The system is designed to: enhance retrieval speed of stored material, use maximum vertical space, provide safety, security and dust proof storage, use minimum floor space by, maintain accurate stock records and instant stock update, and reduces fatigue.
