Reliance Impexo, in association with Lankhorst Mouldings bv, offers a range of world class Storage Systems For Coils of Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Tin Plates, etc. Lankhorst Mouldings specialises in the development and production of plastic coil storage systems. All of these systems were developed in close co-operation with the international steel and aluminium industries. The KLP® Rollcradle system was developed for safe, structured and economical storage of coils. Rollcradles can easily be placed, into standard UNP-channels. One only need two Rollcradles for the storage of one coil on the floor. The company offers KLP Rollcradles in a variety of dimensions, so there is always one to fit a coil. Rollcradles can be used for the storage of coils ranging from 500 to 2,200 mm in diameter The chock angle of 15° allows stacking of coils up to two levels. KLP Rollcradles are used world wide. Mexico, Saudi-Arabia, the United States and in almost every European country. Produced from plastic, KLP Rollcradles are virtually indestructible and resilient. When subjected to loading KLP Rollcradles flex slightly, but will return to their original shape immediately afterwards, considerably reducing damage to coils. The company offers a wide range of KLP Rollcradles, from the small and light Rollcradle 80/12 (for smaller diameters) to the larger heavy duty Rollcradle 117/16 (for larger diameters, heavy coils). For every coil warehouse Lankhorst Mouldings can offer the right storage system. Rollcradles are available in two ranges: the black standard range, which allows storage of coils with a temperature up to 60°C and a range allowing the storage of coils with a temperature up to 110°C. These are available in two standard types: the types ‘without nose’ offers a larger diameter range the type ‘with nose’ offers maximum support of the coils.
