Rostfrei Steels Inc offers proprietary Zincalume Steel Grain Silos. Zincalume has 4 times the life of galvanised steel – it absorbs only 4% of solar heat as compared to 36% absorbed by galvanised steel, thereby reducing the aeration energy cost and increasing the grain shelf life. Rostfrei has its own engineering department and installation workers team for making our grain more secure and long lived. Steel silos are made of high-quality zincalume steel, with an estimated life of 30-50 years. Being designed in accordance with the national standard of GB503222-2001 ‘The Grain Code of Steel Silo Design’. Rostfrei has an extensive experience in design, engineering, procurement, construction and implementation of complete grain storage and handling units. Each component designed for Rostfrei Steels Silos are designed to increase the efficiency and shelf life of valuable grains. Rostfrei innovative designs have made efforts to reduce the service shutdowns of the grains to nil and also are designed for complete lockable and sealable silos for proper fumigation for grains.
