Racks: module 1-12 – milled teeth, straight or helical tooth system, length 250 up to 3000 mm; module 2-10 – hardened and ground teeth, straight or helical tooth system, length 250 up to 2000 mm; integratable racks for guides; allows direct assembling of rack and rail; straight or helical tooth system; soft/milled or hardened/ground; position of teeth 90º or 180º to the rail carrier; and customised racks. Pinions: module 1-10 soft/milled; straight or helical tooth system; module 2-6 hardened/ground straight tooth system; module 2-8 hardened/ground, helical tooth system; module 2-6 pinion shafts, hardened/ground, straight or helical tooth system; and module 2-8 pre-load pinion shafts, hardened/ground, helical split tooth system allows zero backlash at rack-pinion-drive.
