Systems and components: heavy-duty storage systems consists of upright frames with foundation plate, beams and connectors, bracing angles, galvanised expansion bolt, nut bolts and accessories. The assembly is very simple, upright frames and load beams locks together in modular fashion and create a wide range of storage layouts. The beam levels are fully adjustable at 75 mm intervals and secure a positive location. The heavy-duty storage systems are custom made and have a varied load capacity, and the loading levels also vary from 1 to 6 levels, depending on the types of goods to be stored. Uprights, beams and connectors: upright frame is made from high yield cold formed sections having slots placed at 75 mm intervals for vertical adjustment of beam levels. Beams are fabricated from high yield cold formed `C’ or `Box’ section, the beam sizes and thickness vary depending on the load and span of beams. Connectors are of high load bearing capacity and are welded to the end of the beams. The tapered lip connectors are easy for insertion in upright at all levels.
