Lifelong Metal Products offers heavy-duty Pallet Racks. Items and materials can be stored in pallets and moved or shifted from the heavy-duty racks with the help of forklifts or stackers. The pallets are manufactured in coherence with the functional standards of material handling equipments, designed with due care. The company manufactures and supplies pallets as per customers’ choice and requirements under the following finishes: GI finish; stove enamelled paint finish; and powder coated finish - black and grey. These are also available in plastic and wood finish. Established in 1972, the company is one of the leading providers of a complete range of storage solutions, ranging from concept design to final execution at site. Made using high grade raw materials such as steel, fasteners and high quality paint, these products are extensively used across a number of application areas, viz., automobiles, agriculture, engineering, retail and pharmaceuticals, to mention a few. The range includes heavy-duty racking systems, two/three tier racking systems, slotted angle storage racking systems, heavy-duty rack and super market/display racks, etc. These are durable, rust resistant, corrosion free and with accurate metric measurement.
The pallets can be either custom made or may be provided from a standard product portfolio sizes which is as follows:

• Length - 900/1200/1000 mm or as per Euro specs.
• Width - 750/900/1000/1100/1200 mm or as per Euro specs.
• Loading capacity - varies as per customer requirements.
