U V Textile Machines Pvt Ltd offers the high density Pallet Storage Solution called Autosat Shuttle, developed by Ms Automha, Italy. Autosat Shuttle can transform drive-in racking systems into an automatic warehouse, assuring the maximum use of the warehousing thus making the facility more productive and efficient. Autosat, powered by an innovative lithium ion battery easy to recharge and managed by an interactive radio transmitter, moves goods on pallets into the drive-in channels. Autosat can be placed in the appropriate channel by means of a standard forklift. Applications: FIFO First in First Out; and LIFO Last in First Out. Standard functions: loading, unloading, continuous unloading; distance between pallets 40 mm up to 150 mm; Autosat manual mode; and remote controller able to manage up to 4 Autosat shuttles. Optional functions: pallets rearrange "compacting push"; pallets rearrange "compacting pull"; and uncollision between Autosat in the same channel. Stock list: counting pallets; multipallet - different depth pallets management in the same channel; and continuous unloading "plus". Autosat Shuttle has electro mechanical lifting system to lift the pallet and place on the racks. It runs on rechargeable battery, which can continuously work for 16 hours. The movement of auto sat shuttle is controlled by rechargeable remote control, which works on the radio frequency principles. It is ideal for multi deep storage solution.
