Mould Rack (Pull-Out shelf unit) is ideal for storage of heavy goods such as tools, moulds and motors. The one-way pullout shelves with sheet base panel make warehousing a lot simpler. Pull-out shelf unit: it can also be worked with forklift/stacker (battery); pull-out tray can open only 60% of total depth; heavy-duty add on module also possible; rack is specially designed for heavy load with lower shelves as pull-out and top shelf as fixed; guide ways and connectors are screwed to the frames and can be adjusted on 20 mm and 50 mm pitch on different models; safety measures are added for shelf pull-out and locking; load capacity of each pull-out shelf specially designed up to 1000 kg; pull-out shelf on ball bearing slides make operation all the easier; 2/3/4 pull-out shelf options are available and multiple shelf upon request; and all load capacities assume uniformly distributed loads for all shelves.
