Modular AS/RS - Autostack

Godrej Efacec Automation & Robotics manufactures modular AS/ RS Autosack. It is the most modern and efficient method of effectively managing material flow and inventory in any Store/ Warehouse. AS/ RS is best suited for mainly medium-large sized stores and large inventory levels (1000-10000 pallets/bins, etc). For small inventory levels (up to 1000 trays/ bins) of components, spare parts, tools, dies, FG and WIP, etc, Autostack offers a modular, economical and yet automated option to an AS/ RS system. With the emphasis always being on "Optimisation", the company presents the following indicative range from which it can design customised solutions to suit a given application. Besides the wide range of solutions as mentioned below, Autostack can also be customised in terms of level of automation required: height of Autostack - 3000-12000 mm; width of tray - 900- 3000 mm; depth of tray - 600-900 mm; height of load/ tray - up to 1000 mm; max weight (UDL)/ tray -up to 1000 kg.
