U V Textile Machines Pvt Ltd offers Autosat® Mover, a patented product developed by Ms Automha, Italy. Autosat mover is used for Automatic Storage and Retrieval of multiple products to be placed in multi deep channels. The system works in combination of Autosat shuttle and Autosat mover and has automatic lifting mechanism. The automatic lifting mechanism lifts the pallet and hand it over to Autosat mover, which is placed in a defined specific layer. The pallet is handed over to Autosat shuttle placed in a given channel by the Autosat mover. The system can have the following options: 1) FIFO; 2) LIFO; and 3) Combination of FIFO and LIFO. The system can operate to a maximum height of 20 metres and can have enormous flexibility in terms of storage and retrieval of different kinds of pallets. The system is equipped with night management software, which prepares the faster dispatch of pallets the next day. The system is more effective because it can accommodate maximum number of pallets with maximum duty cycle In and Out as compared to an automatic warehouse working with stacker cranes. The Autosat mover operates with power buss and gives power to Autosat shuttle whenever Autosat shuttle receives the pallet from Autosat mover. The shuttle is equipped with capacitor bank for this purpose.
