Wire forms

Wire forms offer springs from wires having unusual shape. The company"s wire forming specialists are capable of forming both flat and round wire from 0.2 up to 8.0 mm diameter or larger depending on the material type. Due to the large variety of these parts, there is no standard design procedure. However, a fully dimensioned drawing, sketch or sample is sufficient to get a price quote. All types of material can be used including spring steel wires, stainless steel (SS 304, 316), chrome vanadium, phosphor bronze wires and so on. Accurate springs have been manufacturing all different shapes and sizes of wire forms for many years.
