Mumbai-based Viraj Forgings manufactures wires such as tie wire, braiding wire, knitting wire, lashing wire, weaving wire, spring wire and rope wire, for various applications. Annealed wire is supplied for redrawing, forging, cold heading and threading. These are available in sizes ranging from 0.8 to 7.55 mm with different surface finish such as annealed finish, oil driven bright bar finish, powder driven dull finish or coated. The grades of the wires are 302, 304, 304L, 305, 316, 316L, 317L, 302HQ, 310 and 430. The coils are properly packed with HDPE cloth and strapped with signode straps. The company has a wide range of welding grade wire and bars as AWS specifications in TIG and MIG series. It can supply wires in spools or bars cut to length in various diameters ranging from 0.8-4.5 mm.
