Electric hoists, manual hoists and winches, explosion-proof hoists, standard cranes, goods hoists, and accessories comprise the product range manufactured by Jenmon International, a specialist in the lifting industry. The company’s core business activities encompasses design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of lifting equipments and other related services. The Eurobloc VT Electric Wire Rope Hoists, designed for loads from 800 to 100,000 kg, are created with a new avant-garde spirit, and account for a total of 13 patents on its own. This is the only hoisting unit with wire rope and a hook that offers, in its standard version: Hook approach, "C" dimensions and the "F" approach distance of the hoist are the smallest and the best available in the market; the pulley block presents only a slight lateral shift during hoisting motion (virtually vertical lifting); the possibility to adjust speed while travelling – 2 control modes and MS control; and hoisting speed ratio is 1/6, between 1/4 and micro. All Verlinde's electric hoists comply with national and international technical regulations with the requirements of DIN and FEM standards, tested by the TUV (German Safety Inspection Organisation). These hoists are available in four versions: VT 1 –foot mounted; VT 3 – double girder trolley high, medium and low version; VT 3 – monorail trolley with standard headroom (HPN); and VT 3 – monorail trolley with short headroom (HPR). Main characteristics: two-speed pole-change hoisting motors (protection IP55/insulation Class F) with DC disc brake, maintenance free; 4 steps gear limit switches and overload protection; variable speed travelling motors; tropicalised motor for hoisting and travelling; rope guide for use in aggressive environment; time meter; and rubber buffers (for hoist with trolley).
