Crimped Wire Meshes

Finebearing Co. offer crimped wire mesh in the form pre-crimped weave styles of wire cloth weaving. They use precision machines along with rotary dies are used in forming pre-crimping wire in order to ensure the spacing of the wires remain similar and they will lock firmly together at the intersections. The pre-crimped wires are assembled in custom design screen assembly machines. These pre-crimped wire cloth has accurate openings and is woven than tighter plain weave. Manufactured from raw material like Stainless Steel, Spring Steel, High Carbon High Tensile, G.I. & M.S. Wire, these crimped wire mesh find their applications for vibrating screens and many other areas where sizing is critical. The extra crimps between the intersections provide a more rigid weave while for light wires it offers locking and tightness which is essential when open area or large openings are important in the application area.
