- Capacity range from 1.0 Ton to 15.0 Ton.
- All hoist are four fall Design.
- No need of rope Guide.
- Modular Design- All Component can be dismentalled without removing hoist.
- Gear Box- Hoisting gear box will be of helical Design with internal & external spline instead of key-way transmission which give very long trouble free long life with splash oil lubrication. No key-way joint in hoist Gear Box. C.T. Gear Box will be helical Design with splash lubrication.
- Gear Box Body will be M.S. Fabricated duty Stress relived and machined on precision horizontal boring machine.
- Rope Drum to Gear box have spline connection.
- Electric Motor is of standard manufactured like Bharat Bijlee, Siemens, having class –F insulation, crane duty S-4 duty Design.
- Brakes will be either electrohydraulic thrustor or electromagnetic disc type.
- Service Platform with hoist for maintenance.
- C.T. Drive will be double wheel Drive with Drive Wheel on both side of Girder, Drive through intermediate pinion.
- Hoist motor coupling will be Gear coupling only
- Above 5.0 Ton hoist, floating shaft will be provided in between hoist motor & hoist Gear Box for trouble free long service.
