- These chain wheels with projecting teeth replaceable
rim type, with pocket teeth one piece casting, pocket teeth replaceable
rim, suitable for calibrated round link steel chains in scraper conveyors,
are manufactured from Cr Mo alloy steel.
- Also chain contact surfaces are case hardened to
increase service life of sprocket. toothless chain wheels with replaceable
rim and one piece casting, suitable for round steel chain & bucket
shackle for bucket elevator system, idler wheels in guide rails for
horizontal and inclined conveyors, transporting the chain by friction
grip, can also be manufactured.
