These tanks are manufactured by a unique process known as 'spiral winding', developed and patented by BAUKU of Germany. The process means the tanks are developed by extruding a special engineering grade of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Poly propylene (PP) into a strip and then winding it spirally and continuously over a rotating mandrel to form a homogeneous, seamless shell.
