Weighing System

Adwik Intellimech Pvt Ltd offers Weighing System. The system is designed around precision platform scales which are integrated into the carriage base. These scales utilise force motion loadcells to give greater accuracies and resolutions compared to those of standard analogue loadcells. The system is designed to provide weighing accuracies of better than 5 grams in 20 Kg with current site installations achieving accuracies of better than 3 grams. Throughput obviously vary depending on track arrangement and number of weigh carriages but is typically around two bags per minute. All weighments are recorded and stored as batch reports together with target weights, batch identification number s and other relevant information. These reports can be printed and/or logged for future analysis and product traceability.
