These multipurpose vacuum lifters are used for just about any application involving installation or low-volume fabrication. Designed to use an existing compressed air supply, Model MT1TL6FAIR vacuum lifter features 90° tilt for economical and efficient handling of small loads on the production line. Basic specifications: standard vacuum pad spread – 6" x 6" [152 x 152 mm]; standard vacuum pad – 6" [152 mm] diameter vacuum pad; load capacity – 50 lbs [23 kg] (on smooth, nonporous surfaces; weight of vacuum lifter – 3.25 lbs [1.47 kg] without power system; standard operating power – compressed air, 2 SCFM [57 litres/minute] @ 80 psi [550 kPa]; apply/release times – 2 sec/2 sec (approx); and load movement – manual tilt, 90° between upright and flat.
