VACUUM GRIPPER SYSTEMS

Schmalz India offers Vacuum Gripper Systems, Series FX/FM. Its features are: maximum flexibility due to modular design of the gripper system; optionally available with (FX) or without (FM) a vacuum generator; extremely light construction; suction plates can be changed easily and quickly; permits optimal adaptation to handling tasks of all kinds; can be used as a complete system or as a gripper module; low weight permits highly dynamic motion and thus shorter cycle times; and no downtimes. Applications: automated palleting, unstacking, picking and sorting of goods of all kinds; and handling of work pieces made of various materials, such as cardboard, wood, sheet metal (dry) and plastics. Construction: large-area gripper module FM without vacuum generator; vacuum gripper system FX with integrated vacuum generator; adaptation to a wide range of handling tasks by means of different formats and two different principles of operation (SV, SW); modular design permits the combination of several vacuum gripper systems to form an overall system matched perfectly to the intended handling task; and suction plates with quick-change system.
