- Hooks: IS-15560 high tensile forged, rotate & swivel freely
- Load wheel: made from heavy duty S.G. iron casting to IS-1865, mounted on bearing for smooth operation.
- Gears: Low carbon / alloy steel material machine cut on Hobbing machine duly heat treated for durability.
- Load Chain:
- IS-6216 made of special alloy steel Gr.80, tested & calibrated for 2T, 3T, 5T, 7.5T & 10T.
- IS-3109 Part II made of special high tensile steel Gr. 40 tested & calibrated for 0.5 T & 1T.
- Hand chain: IS-2429 M.S. calibrated and to ensure smooth running with hand chain wheel.
- Brake: self actuated screw & disc type. Dics are manufactured from special reinforced special asbestos.
- Test: IS-3832, tested to 50% overload, for reliability.
- Test Certificate: Test certificate provided as per IS-3832 with each block, as examined by competent Person.
