Trolley Wheels

Nutech Engineering offers a range of Pronier Trolley Wheels. The company has an extensive range of wheels to meet specific needs and also provides guidance to choose the perfect wheel for any requirement, based on: load of the trolley; whether trolley is auto or hand towed; and acceptability of noise levels. The wheels are available in different types. Poly Urethane (PU): these are available in a size range from 50 x 20 mm to 200 x 50 mm. These wheels consist of PU tread on plastic core. Bonding between PU and core is of mechanical nature, hardness of PU tread is 98 shore A. These are perfect wheels for indoors up to 800 kg of trolley loads. Advantages: Long life; Less noise as compared to bare PP, UHMW, Torlon or nylon wheels; good looks; and available in different colours. Poly Propylene Co Polymer (PPCP): these are injection moulded solid white machined wheels. These wheels have high load carrying capacities but have poor abrasion resistance. These are cost effective wheels for trolleys, which have less movements. Advantages: cost-effective.
