Trolley Wheels, Rubber Type

Nutech Engineering offers a range of Pronier Trolley Wheels. The company has an extensive range of wheels to meet specific needs and also provides guidance to choose the perfect wheel for any requirement, based on: load of the trolley; whether trolley is auto or hand towed; and acceptability of noise levels. The wheels are available in different types. Rubber Type (RT): these are available in a size range from 100 x 32 mm to 400 x 100 mm. The wheels consist of solid rubber tyres on metal or plastic core. The bonding between rubber and core is of mechanical nature. The rubber is of good quality to ensure long life. The tyre, when worn out can be replaced. Advantages: cost effective, noise less, good looks as compared to rubber bonded wheels, and absorbs shocks. Rubber Bonded (RB): these are available in a size range from 100 x 50 mm to 700 x 125 mm. The wheels consist of rubber bonded on a cast iron core. Bonding between rubber and cast iron is chemical in nature. The load carrying capacity and life of the wheel is much more than rubber tyre wheel. These are available in two qualities for hand and auto towing purpose. Advantages: perfect bonding between the tread and the core; noise less; good wheels for auto towing purposes; and absorbs shocks.
