Trim Handling System

Vacunair Engineering offers a trim handling system. This is engineered to suck continuous trims of paper, plastic, laminates and light materials. It consists of a high efficiency fan, a well-designed venturi and a discharge cone. High velocity air from the motive fan induces sufficient suction force at suction nozzles to suck in trims. These can be conveyed to the waste collector, boiling tank or repumping tank. All parts are specially designed for a specific installation to consume optimum low power. The company has also designed a separator that can be placed near the main equipment. This reduces discharge pipe resistance and the power required can be reduced to half or less. The separator can also be moved to the place of disposal.
