Transport Trolleys, Omnidirectional

GKS Engineering offers Omnidirectional Transport Trolleys in two different cassette sizes, build with German technology, for transporting heavy loads on shopfloor. Type RL2 has three rollers and Type RL4, five. The rollers are supported by heavy duty trunnion bearings with 360 of movement. The load capacity of each type is 2 and 4 tonne, respectively. Machines and heavy loads can be placed or retrieved from very tight and confined spaces. A number of cassettes can be used in any combination, with the flexibility to place them at any support point, and in numbers required to carry the load. The cassettes can be joined together using connecting bars, which also have the facility to couple a handle bar for positive steering. The rubber pads on which the load rests are of high friction type to avoid slippage. The main features are: Extremely low height; Lining material that does not leave marks on the floor; Extremely long life of rollers; and, use of multiple cassettes possible.
