Telescoping Units

Hercules Hoists offers Telescoping Units, which are the inexpensive alternative for high load capacities.

Telescope TV and Telescope TR

Telescopic lifting devices are lifted and lowered by inside or outside running chains of electrically driven chain hoists. They are available with two different design principles. Either with square masts as square section telescoping units (TV) or with round masts as round section telescoping units (TR). Both variants are available with single telescoping sections as well as double telescoping sections.

Telescoping units are particularly suitable for handling heavy work pieces up to 1,000 kg and they can take up large moments of up to 1,500 Nm. Depending on the design, strokes of up to max. 2,000 mm are possible.

They can either be fitted on a light rail system or on a KSL pivot arm with pillar mounted on the floor. They can also be used in low buildings with double telescoping sections.
