Telescopic Plate Handling System

East Coast Enterprises Ltd offers Telescopic Plate Handling System for plasma cutting machines. Generally plates are available in length of 12 to 16 mtr. To load these into the plasma/laser cutting machine, one needs beams up to 9-13 mtr. But after cutting the jobs sizes become as small as 300 x 300 mm. To unload these components the company launched the telescopic beam plasma cutting magnet. One can load a complete plate of 12-16 mtr onto the machines with the arms of the beam totally expanded. While unloading, the arms can be compressed and one could unload smaller parts and in 2 lifts the complete plate along with cut-out and skeleton can be unloaded from the magnet. This gives a lot of flexibility to the crane with taking the least amount of space.
