Vinuss Pollymers offers heavy-duty Stacking Pallets. Product is made by the process of injection moulding, the only process by which a majority of engineering components are successfully designed and hence, does not require any metallic framing for reinforcement. Available sizes: sizes available equivalent to ASTM, DIN, BS, EURO, IS standards; and also custom made sizes at no extra cost.

- Reinforced by imported glass fibres, hence, compressions strength, impact strength and tensile strength controlled to required values.
- Standard colour is black – special coating is provided to protect from UV and IR effects.
- Special additive chemicals are used to discharge static electric current developed during material handling (anti-static), hence, reduced possibility for spark generation as well as less attraction between dirt and dust; assured quality by in-house test method ASTM D-1185-74, ISO-8611.
- Product warranted for six months against any manufacturing defect, warrantee limited up to repair or replacement of the pallet only.
- Standard weight of the pallet can be reduced by around 20% to 25% at an extra cost for special purpose only without affecting other quality parameters.
- Product is 100% repairable up to any extent at lowest possible cost.
