Single Girder Cranes

Century single girder cranes are manufactured from 0.5 T to 20 T capacity, with assorted span and speed combinations. Single girder cranes are provided with AC drive mechanisms for variable speed control. These cranes provide low cost but efficient method of material handing up to 20 tonnes. Having minimum dead weight, these cranes ensure minimum structure cost. Box girders are designed using latest 3D software and simulation of fracture analysis is done before the cranes are cleared for production. These are designed in a modular format for easy and efficient maintenance. Features: box girders designed using latest 3-D computer technologies; simulation of fracture analysis is done using state-of-the-art software to ensure girder rigidity, stress, deflection and slenderness; wire rope drums are stress relieved before assembly; gears are hardened and ground for long life and smooth operation; thru platforms provided on both sides of the girder for easy and safe maintenance; low hook approach to help achieve better working area; and slip ring or squirrel cage and VVVF drive combinations are provided for safe operation.
