Rotary Feeders

Kavin Industries offers Rotary Feeders. These airlock feeders have an eight-blade design to ensure best performance and a closed-end rotor design. The features include adjustable tips for close rotor-to-housing clearances, peak valve efficiency and maximum life of the airlock rotary feeder. This design feature provides maximum rotor strength, minimizes packing damage, and permits end-bell air purging. Feeder tips are manufactured in brass, stainless steel, abrasion-resistant steel, and Ni-hard. These are also available in more pliable materials such as neoprene, Teflon and polyurethane. Shroud (end plate) periphery, vane edges and adjustable tips may be hard-surfaced to minimize the effects of abrasive materials on the rotor. Standard Features: long lasting, flexible reinforced neoprene blades; heavy duty, dust-tight construction; heavy-duty gear reducer with roller chain and sprocket drive allows for a wide range of feed rates; all internal components can be removed while removing the feeder; accuracy of 2% for most materials; large inlet section ensures even material distribution within rotor pockets and 20:1 turn-down ratio.
