ROLLER ASSEMBLY

Hitech Bulk Handling Systems manufactures Roller Assembly, which contributes substantially to the dependable and economic performance of belt conveyors. It has been specially designed for keeping the belt running and offers minimum frictional resistance. Rollers are double ended bored to assure correct alignment of shafts and bearings are balanced. Shafts are made of solid steel of high strength material to minimise deflection and ensures protection of precision ground ball bearings. Bearings are housed in precision pressed steel/closed grain cost iron housing and are protected against moisture and external dust by specially designed multi labyrinth seals. Additional protection is provided with dust cover back seals at both ends.
