The Pneumatic Conveying System is a negative pressure vacuum conveying system. The ash intake valve feeds to the conveying line sequentially, provided for ESP, eco and air pre heater hopper. Ash intake valve is connected to collector tank and/or combination filter separator on silo/hopper by piping. Slurry disposal is through collector tank with hydraulic exhauster or vacuum pump. Filter separator with vacuum pump is provided for dry fly ash collection. The company also offers ash handling systems for fossil fuel fired boilers and other related material handling activities.
