Pneumatic Manipulators, Z-Arm

Hercules Hoists offers Pneumatic Parallelogram Manipulators, Zasche Z-Arm in many different variants. The Zasche Z-Arm is a pneumatic parallelogram manipulator. It features particularly light operation and requires only low manual forces for moving the loads. Owing to its design, it ensures loads are handled in a permanently stable position. It is available in three sizes with load capacities of up to 300 kg and an outreach of up to 3,500 mm. The smallest range features a unit that has been optimised in terms of size and dead weight and is particularly suitable for application in restricted space or on assembly lines.

Z-Arm units can be used in the following combinations:

• Mounted on a pillar
• As suspended travelling units
• As suspended stationary units
