Some of the processes where we have the experience to provide solutions are: Ultrasonic Cleaning, Glue Application, Chemical Spraying, Pad Printing, Automated Counting, Hydro Pneumatic Pressing etc. To automatically do the printing on four components and pick the components(rubber blanks - 4 nos) from the location tray and load on the mould of the machine. Complete cycle is automatic and controlled by PLC.
