Jib Crane

Hiking Engineers offers a Jib Crane. Hiking jib cranes are built to consistently high specifications confirming to IS 807 and 3177 and having earned an enviable reputation for reliability, minimum maintenance and free swinging. Jib arm is fabricated from heavy section “I” beam and triangular truss construction for reducing deflection to acceptable limits. Jib post is held in bearing housing brackets at either end, brackets in turn anchored with main pillar with turned barrel bolts to ensure perfect alignment and ease assembly operations. Jib cranes are available in capacity – 250 kg to 5000 kg; rotation up to 360 degrees, and boom radius up to 6 mtr. Hiking cranes are designed and manufactured in accordance with IS 3177: 1977. These are ideal for wide ranging application in industries and are most reliable, robust and yet economical. Main girders in the room of box structure are manufacture from IS: 226 tested plates adequately stiffened with diaphragm to take care of bending and torsional loading with adequate factor of safety. The product range includes single girder cranes, double girder cranes, mono box cranes goliath cranes and HOT cranes to suit customers’ specific requirement to handle material most efficiently.
