Jacking System

Kavitsu Robotronix Pvt Ltd, a renowned name as manufacturers of planetary gearboxes and slew bearings, has developed a new product – Jacking System. A platform is needed to be a lifted for some applications like loading, uploading, adjustments of heights, car downloading from conveyor and so many other applications. The jacking system is the best solution. The package consists of a motor, bevel gearboxes, screw jacks, drive shafts, couplings and plummer blocks. The size and quantity of each item depends on the requirements of jacking system. The configurations like H, U, T, I, etc., can be given depending of load concentration, movement of load, etc. As this system runs with a single motor, power being transmitted through all mechanical parts, there is 100% synchronisation of speeds and motion of all screw jacks involved in the system. The design of screw jacks depends on the type of service, fatigue, cycles of up and down motion, etc. The screw jack design is normally a trapezoidal threading with prefect selection of self locking features.
