Hydraulic Stacker

Lokpal Industries, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, manufactures Hulk brand Hydraulic Stackers. These are lightweight machines, ideal for tool handling, pallet handling, general stores work and vehicle loading/unloading, etc. They are available with rigid mast and telescopic mast. rigid mast stackers are generally short in height and being light in weight can be easily manoeuvred through tight spaces, and low door frames. Telescopic mast stackers are useful heavy duty stackers, ideal for handling pallets and heavy duty components where higher lifts are required but the closed height be such that the equipment passes easily under door frames, beams and arches, etc. All stackers have the following standard features: large dia 8” steering wheels; heavy-duty adjustable chains for better load stability; one-piece double lipped “C” section forks for greater strength; top of stroke bypass valve built-in; 3-way hand control with neutral allows the operator to manoeuvre the load safety and effortlessly; and advanced hand brake system instead of foot brake system. It is a proven fact that there is less likelihood of injury when the operator always has both feet firmly on the ground and tandem load rollers in selective models. Hulk stackers are available in capacities from 650 kg to 1500 kg and lift heights up to 3300 mm.
