Hydraulic Trolleys

Agromec offers Hydraulic Trolleys. These are used for internal handling of transformers, in standard capacities of 1, 1.5 and 2.5 tonnes and standard fork length of 1220 mm. The minimum gap from floor level to transformers base plate is 75 mm (height of base channel). The lowered height of the trolley is, therefore, 70 mm so that the trolley can be inserted under all types and models of transformers within seconds, without the aid of pallets. This type of hydraulic trolley is an ideal machine for internal handling of transformers from stores to shop floor, from one bay to another and loading platform, etc., by one man on smooth hard floors. The ram and plunger used in hydraulic unit are hard chrome plated and mirror finished. The cylinders of hydraulic units are honed to high degree of finish. Lifting is done by swift and easy strokes of the steering handle and lowering by pressing a foot pedal. Each wheel is provided with two anti-friction bearings of reputed make. Ball thrust and oil cushioned steering combined with wide dual steering wheels provides excellent, maneuverability in narrow aisles and restricted areas and easy steer with heavy loads. Hydraulic units have few working parts, for easy maintenance and long life. Parts are interchangeable and available of the self. Transformer manufacturers of repute have already standardized on these trolley.
