Hydraulic Pallet Trucks (AC Series)

Lokpal Industries, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, manufactures Hulk brand Hydraulic Pallet Trucks (AC Series). These are top quality trucks packed with more standard features than any other in their class. These trucks have a three-position hand control lever, which allows the operator to be in full control without moving his hands from the handle. The lowering speed is regulated by the control lever according to the weight and type of load, so that loads can be lowered quickly or slowly as required. The control lever, when released automatically returns to the neutral position, which is used when the truck is being transported. All pallet trucks incorporate a one piece high quality hydraulic pump. The hydraulic system requires no breather valves, thus completely eliminating the ingress of dirt and dust into the system, which results in thousands of trouble free pickup and delivery cycles. These trucks are extremely lightweight which due to their superior design. The high strength forks are formed into a one piece rugged `C' channel. The complete body frame of the pallet truck is MIG welded for extra strength. The articulated steering wheel axle, along with tandem load rollers ensures constant floor contact and stability. Tandem load rollers ensure easier movement, better ground contact, less floor wear and damage, while always keeping the forks parallel to the ground. All trucks are fitted with superior imported polyurethane rod seals, which have an extremely long life and a high abrasion resistance. The hydraulic system is fitted with an overload relief valve, which protects the truck as well as the operator. The top of stroke oil bypass prevents the ram from jamming and minimises stress on the system.
