Ferro Foundries offers a range of material handling equipment. "Tiger" hydraulic pallet truck is of high quality engineering and heavy-duty construction. It is an economical solution for handling heavy loads. This is available in two models: HP-22A with a width of 560 mm; and HP-22B with a width of 685 mm, having fork length of either 960, 1120, 1500 and 1800 mm. The frame is made of heavy-duty formed steel, jig welded and forks of double flanged pressed steel, which gives maximum strength. The ram and pump plunger of the hydraulic cylinder is grounded to high precision and hard chrome plated, which reduces wear and resists from corrosion. Special safety valves are provided for smooth lowering of load and a dual overload safety valve is provided to protect the truck from damage due to overloading. The truck can be fitted with either cast iron or ultra high molecular polymer wheels suiting to the shop floor of the user.
