Hand Stacker

Bangalore-based Dilip Material Handling Equipments manufactures Hand stacker - model DS-5/DS-8/DS-15 that has drawbar with finger protection clamp and release handle. They are useful for loading, unloading and stacking operations. With a detachable platform on the fork, they can also be used as an adjustable worktable. The reliability of these stackers is very high because they are provided with hard chromed, polished pistons that are resistant to rust, scratches and wear. Double sealed high-pressure polyurethane packing ensures longer life of the hydraulic system and prevents leakages. Ergonomically designed steering handle enables easy operation from all angles, reduces pulling power and minimises operator fatigue. Inner and outer masts are furnished with thrust rollers to prevent lateral play. The carriage of the stacker has an open centre section and low profiled forks with inner reinforcement. DS-5 model is available with lifting capacities of 1,600, 2,000 and 3,000 mm with mono and telescopic mast.
