Gantry Type Autoloaders

Felsomat Gantry type RE-03 is designed for unloading/loading of machines from the front. Features: carriage longitudinal drive is through highly resistant polyurethane belt having steel cord reinforcement; drive to vertical axis is through rack and pinion drive; vertical beam is provided with LM guides for guidance; end of vertical axis is provided with a CNC rotary arm for rotation about the vertical axis; longitudinal axis drive is mounted at the beam end – this results in lower system weight of the carriage facilitating increased carriage speeds and faster response; and LM guides are provided along the beam length to guide the carriage.
