Gantry systems

Cears Systems offers a gantry system, which is a proven solution for overhead material handling requirements. Cears gantry system is used for handling and assembling of heavy materials in three-dimensional workspaces. The operator does not feel fatigue in handling heavy materials, which results in enhancement of production to great extent. The system can be designed according to customer requirements designed up to load capacity of 2500 kg. The complete Cears system is a modular design. In case of future expansion when the plant layout changes, runways can be extended to any lengths. All the components have plug in and bolted connections and are easy to assemble.
