Docklevelers, which act as a bridge between differential heights of truck beds to dock facilitate efficient loading/unloading of goods at factories/warehouses. In 1994, Kelley employed the novel air-bag lifting technology to docklevelers, which were operated earlier hydraulically or mechanically. This unique, low-pressure air operated dockleveler has proven to have high reliability and minimum maintenance. The FX is now replacing conventional docklevelers since the operating and maintenance costs are minimal, avoiding change of costly hydraulic oil and parts. The dockleveler works on a 0.5 HP motor fan which inflates the air-bag raising the dock. The FX dockleveler comes with a life-time lip hinge warranty and a 10 year structural warranty which no other manufacturer can match. It is available with push-button convenience at a modest price.
