FRP Safety-Maintenance Platform

Amalgamated Industrial Composites Pvt Ltd manufactures FRP Safety Platform suitable for existing cooling tower cells. The platform consists of box type FRP panels with chequered plate on the top. The panels could be easily mounted on the existing beam connecting to the gearbox foundation pad. The platform is so designed that the required area around the gearbox platform wherever required is covered with these panels and complete platform is provided with railings. These platforms are most suitable for the corrosive atmosphere in cooling towers, and totally resistant to corrosion. They are also very easy to install in position due to high strength to weight ratio. This has been designed keeping in mind to facilitate angle setting of blades, removal of blades, maintenance of gear box, erection and alignment of the shaft. It can be easily transported from one cell to another cell with minimum possible man power.
