Malati Machines offers a range of diesel and battery operated Forklifts. Maas brand diesel forklifts have proven ergonomics, power, safety, durability, and performance by our customers. The forklifts are powered by Cummins or Isuzu engines and excellent hydraulic systems. These models, designed applications for distribution, manufacturing and warehousing of all types, are suited for the toughest applications. Maas internal combustion forklifts utilise an optional innovation power train system – PSD axle for some special order or high demand applications. PSD axle technical advantage: safer – new auto-parking brake system with wet brake; in an emergency, this brake system stops vehicles automatically; more compact – simplified service brake system; compact size and flexible mounting (50% less weight and volume); a transmission is built inside axle housing; more functional; anti-rollback; adopting a one way clutch to prevent it from rolling back on the slop; complete hydraulic steering system – eliminates friction and prevent over turning and resilience; reduces components and maintenance; lowers noise and less inner leakage; and a little amount of oil ensure the diversion much easier and more flexible. Powerful cooling system – With an extra-large radiator, the heat dissipation area and radiator volume are 1.25 times of normal radiator. The special structure of heat dissipation not only guards against overheat of engine, but also cuts servicing. Intelligent instrument clusters – self-diagnose and high accuracy sensor remind operator for regular service and increase safety. Air intake in high position keeps away dirt and improves engine efficiency and operational life. Strong structure exhaust pipe: double-layer stainless steel exhaust pipe is solution for rupture by vibration of engine start. This structure keeps the operation life, more durable than single-layer and the tenacity also higher than double-layer iron structure.
