Schenck Jenson & Nicholson offers volumetric feeders of the Accurate Series as an economical solution for volumetric feeding of bulk solids. With a feed rate range of 0.2 ltr/hr to 27,000 litres/hour, these feed systems can be used for continuous feeding, batching and blending of powders and other solid materials up to 5 mm grain size. The feeders can be employed for feeding a majority of bulk materials like food products such as flour, sugar, cocoa, milk powder, chemicals, pesticides, dyes, etc, in process industries. The basic feeder is housed in a rugged welded structure of steel duly painted, or stainless steel fitted with food grade flexible hopper having external massaging paddle system and a discharge unit of stainless steel helix and nozzle. The feeders operate according to the "flexible wall principle"which is driven by suitable motor and drive for adjustment of feed rates. This ensures a continuous and even flow of material avoiding bridging and material build up. Simple and compact design not only ensures easy service and maintenance but also economical integration into existing production plants and occupies very little floor space.
